'Sovereign decision': India After UK Academic Claims Denied Entry Into Country

Speaking about Indian-origin UK national, Nitasha Kaul's claims of being denied entry to India recently, the Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson said that the entry of foreign nationals into the country is a "sovereign decision".
When asked about her claims, MEA Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, "This particular UK national (Nitasha Kaul) came to India on February 22. As you know, the entry of foreign nationals into our country is a sovereign decision."
