Majority oppose 4-yr degree programme at SEP meet

Bengaluru: A large majority of educationists during a discussion called by the committee framing the State Education Policy (SEP) said they weren’t in favour of the four-year degree programme and the multiple entry and exit programmes. The meeting attended by 68 invited experts, at the Karnataka State Higher Education Council on Wednesday, discussed the four-year undergraduate programme launched in 2021 as part of the National Education Policy (NEP).
