JAIPUR: Rajasthan education minister Madan Dilawar insisted on Tuesday that Akbar was a “rapist”, citing “historical narratives” and reiterating a statement he has made in public, even in schools, in the past few days. The BJP leader announced plans for a committee to scrutinise school textbooks to detect and remove contents that “may portray national heroes negatively or instill a sense of inferiority among students”…
