Protests at Delhi University on Yoga Day, Sloganeering Against Education Minister

Amid the recent alleged scams involving the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) and UGC-NET exams, students at Delhi University on Friday raised slogans against Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and protested the alleged irregularities.

The protests happened on the occasion of International Yoga Day.

On Thursday, while addressing a press briefing, Dharmendra Pradhan said the question paper leak of UGC-NET is an "institutional failure" of the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the government will set up a high-level committee to look into its functioning and recommend reforms…
