References to ‘Brahmanisation’ removed, a paper on inequality withdrawn and matriarchal perspectives introduced in units that dealt with patriarchy. These are among the recent changes made by the Delhi University (DU) to its undergraduate syllabus for History as part of the curriculum review based on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

These changes were ratified by the Executive Council (EC) on June 9.
