Eight ad-hocs displaced from English department, allege teachers at Ramjas

Amid a recruitment drive for permanent teaching posts at Delhi University, teachers in the English Department at Ramjas College alleged that 8 out of 10 long-serving ad hoc teachers have been displaced.

This comes after the college published a list of 11 permanent faculty members finalised after an interview on Monday. “Out of the list of the final 11, only two were long-serving ad hoc teachers at the college,” claimed a teacher on condition of anonymity.
