JNU students’ union to hold torch march on December 23 against new manual, proctorial inquiries

The Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union (JNUSU) has said that it will hold a torchlight march on December 23 to protest against the penalties mentioned in the Chief Proctor Office manual and the proctorial inquiries against students.
